Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast so you can get your pieces fast. Because of that, orders can’t always be changed or canceled once placed. If you need to make an adjustment, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email–what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Hit us up–we’ll make sure you’re good.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally. We hope to do so soon!

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tack link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If we made a mistake and you did not receive the product or size that you ordered, please notify us with your order number, a photo of the packing slip included with your shipment, and we will ship you the correct item.
That said–our goal is to get it right the first time! We provide detailed sizing and product info so you can shop with confidence.
What if my items arrive damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us a description of the problem along with photos within 48 hours of receipt of your order and we will ship you a replacement.
What if I want to return something for a refund?
We do not offer returns for any of our products. We only offer exchanges if a mistake was made on our end.
Do you offer exchanges?
Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective.

How do I find my size?
Each product includes a detailed size guide with exact measurements–not guesses. We recommend comparing with a shirt you already love.
How do your shirts fit?
Our base tee is designed with a slightly relaxed, premium streetwear fit–not too boxy, not to slim
If you want:

I’m between sizes–what should I do?
If you’re in between, we recommend sizing up for comfort and drape.
Product & Quality
What makes our shirts different?
Our tees are 100% USA cotton. We focus on feel and fit, so our tees are designed to fit snug and comfortable without stretching or loosing its shape over time.
How should I care for my pieces?
Our shirts are virtually shrink free. We recommend cold wash + air dry to keep the fit exactly how you like it. Please note that color transfer may occur, especially when wet. Consider washing separately or with like colors.

Do you restock items?
Some pieces come back, especially our essentials. Some don’t. If it’s a drop, don’t wait on it.
